Started out Friday night with the first High school football game. The girls were excited for the game. We won 41 to 7 and Chelsea was really excited to see her boyfriend play. Chelsea and her friend made t-shirts with their boyfriends numbers on the back. They were so cute. Tori was excited because she is actually student there now.
Chelsea's boyfriend is #60 "Gilbert"
Chelsea and her friend Kit with their shirts...Chelsea put on hers "My Fave" and his number
Chelsea with her good friend Halee. I never found Tori at the game to get a photo. She was too busy running around, having fun and being a Freshman.
Saturday I spent relaxing and watching my movie. Later that night I went to my Mom's only cocktail party. It was nice to have some girl time and chat.
Got almost everything done on my to do list...laundry, girls night out, chic flick "Notting Hill" one of my favorites, grocery shopping and relaxing. Only thing left is vacuuming.
I have decided that Thursday will be "Layout Share Day" for lack of a better name...may have to come up with something. So on Thursdays I will share layouts I have done over the past week. Of course I may sneak in some on others day, but will try to save them for Thursdays...so here they are
This layout is one of my Design Team layouts for Keeping Memories Alive for the month of August. I used the Luxe pp and rub ons.
Another KMA Design Team layout for August. Used Crated Paper, 7 Gypsies and Basic Grey Rub ons.
My favorite on line class...as you all know is Kim Archers @ home workshops. Well Kim had a call for "Miss September" Guest Designer"....Although I did not become 'Miss September"....I was chosen as one of the four finalist to help out with up coming project over the next three months. I am so excited to be working with Kim and her group. I love her designs and look forward to being part of the @ home workshop team for the next few months.
this is a past layout from one of Kim's online classes that I thought I should share with this post.
Have I ever told you how much I love doing classes with the very talented Kim Archer...I know I have. Well she did another one called "pick-a-pocket"....I this one is my new favorite....
I had Chelsea do all the journaling for the pockets...she really got in to that. I thought she is old enough to add what she wants to remember from this time in her life. She journaled about her job, her friends, her favorites and who she is right now. This class was all about the pockets...there are actually five on this layout. If you haven't already...head over to Kim Archers @ home workshops and sign up for a class.
